We are thrilled to inform you about the exciting developments taking place at the San Miguel Chamber Music Festival, a cherished cultural institution in our city. Now in its 45th year, the festival will continue its tradition of presenting the finest chamber music for strings while introducing a wider range of music, instrumentation, and formats.
The festival not only offers world-class entertainment but also plays a crucial role in promoting music education. In collaboration with the Mexican Network of Healthy Conservatories, we have launched an intensive program called THE CONSCIOUS MUSICIAN PROGRAM®. This initiative, spearheaded by Paulina Derbez, a proud member of our board of directors and a former student of our education program, aims to make students aware of the significance of physical and mental well-being as the foundation for effective technique and expressive musicality.
